| Q: What are the system requirements to operate the online courses? |
| A: Our online courses are compatible with either Windows-based PC or Macintosh OS computers. Our courses will require an Internet connection and the supported browsers are Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x or greater or Firefox. |

| Q: What if I use dial up as my internet connection? |
| A: You may still access our courses using dial up. AOL, Earthlink, & Compuserve dial-up users should simply sign in and then minimize their connection window and launch Microsoft Internet Explorer by clicking on the Start button and selecting Internet Explorer. |

| Q: Is my browser compatible to take your online courses? |
| A: Our online courses require an internet connection, 56K modem or greater, 800 x 600 screen resolution, sufficient memory to run your system software and browser, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x or greater or Mozilla Firefox with Cookies and Java Script enabled. |

| Q: How long will I have to complete your courses? |
| A: The vast majority of our real estate students complete their final exam online; it is the easiest and most efficient way to complete the course. Some states rules and regulations may require a print proctored exam. Upon completion, you will be able to print your certificate (in states where applicable) from your “my site” page after passing the exam(s). Courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless state regulations indicate otherwise. Courses that are not completed within approved timeframe will not be eligible for a certificate of completion. |

| Q: Do I have to stay logged in for a specific amount of time? |
| A: Due to the fact that state laws differ, some states require that you spend a required amount of "seat time" in a course, in order to receive a certificate of completion. *Currently, the state of New York and Washington requires "seat time." (State laws are subject to change. If you are unsure please contact your real estate commission for more information.) |

| Q: How will I receive my certification of completion? |
| A: When you pass your exam, certificates can be printed by going to our website and clicking on “View/Print Certificate” in the upper left hand column. Your certificate will indicate the number of credit hours earned and the course approval numbers. If you should misplace or lose your Certificate, Kaplan Real Estate Schools maintains records indefinitely and Continuing Education records for a minimum of 5 years. |

| Q: What is your Exchange and Return Policy? |
| A: A student is entitled to an exchange or full refund for any courses, books or materials if he/she notifies the school in writing and returns all materials in unmarked and reusable condition within 30 days from date of purchase. Upon verification, you will receive a 100% refund less shipping and handling fees. Students may request a refund at reschools@kaplan.com or call our customer service department at 800-314-5262 Monday through Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time. In the case of online courses, where no materials were delivered, refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the customer refund request. *Refunds are not provided if a certificate of completion has been issued. |

| A: Minimum pass rates are based on state regulations. In order to pass a course, you must achieve a minimum score(s) on the course quizzes and final exam. |
